Our clinic at 369 Lexington Avenue, Floor 25, is a short trip north on Lexington from Gramercy Park — about 10 minutes by car or a quick ride on the 6 train from 23rd Street to Grand Central. Dr. Alex Movshis brings fellowship training from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and dual board certification in anesthesiology and pain medicine.
Beyond General Practice
Many patients come to us after trying general practitioners, chiropractors, or physical therapy alone without lasting results. We offer the next level of care: targeted interventional procedures that identify and address the root cause of pain. Dr. Movshis starts with precise diagnosis — pinpointing the exact pain generator — then applies the least invasive treatment that delivers the most lasting relief.
Conditions We Treat
Our practice covers a wide range of pain conditions: lower back pain and lumbar disc disease, neck pain and cervical radiculopathy, sciatica, chronic migraines and cluster headaches, knee, hip, and shoulder joint pain, post-surgical and scar tissue pain, TMJ disorders, and muscle spasms with myofascial trigger points.
Available Treatments
We offer epidural steroid injections under fluoroscopic guidance, diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation for long-term relief, ultrasound-guided joint and soft tissue injections, trigger point injections, and Botox therapy for chronic migraines. Our IV therapy menu includes NAD+, immune support, inflammation relief, and hydration drips — all physician-supervised.
